How do I order a new iRoadshow?

Once you have a corporate account set up, simply email support@iroadshow.com with the name/title of the securities being offered, your bespoke disclaimer (if any) and the documents you wish to be uploaded. We’ll create your iRoadshow, upload files, install your disclaimer and send you an email back with your Dealcode, and a URL so you can test the iRoadshow.

How quickly can a new iRoadshow be opened?

Within a few minutes. Simply email your files to your unique email address at iRoadshow.com, which is monitored around the clock. We’ll create your room, upload your files and send back an email with your unique deal URL – then you’re ready to go.

How are investors contacted?

You can email investors a link to your deal room which they can access for a set period of time. iRoadshow requires secure username and Dealcode login for speedy access. Alternatively users can create an account which allows them to access each Roadshow they’re authorised to view, from one central hub.

How long can an iRoadshow be active for?

As long as you need it to be – build, live and post-deal access are all included.

How and when is the iRoadshow closed?

It can be closed at any time by you or your authorised representative.

Data storage

iRoadshow is built on advanced VDR technology and is a fully managed service within the Calligo IaaS platform, hosted in Jersey at datacentres with both ISO 9001 and ISO27001 accreditation.

Global Data Protection Compliance

With servers based in Jersey & Guernsey, iRoadshow ensures compliance with EU and global Data Protection legislation and ensures the service has no exposure to US data collection provisions.

Security

iRoadshow is protected  by 128-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES 256-bit cipher technology at rest, along with a host of additional security measures at software, server and business levels ensuring the greatest possible protection of your sensitive information.

  • What will you need to record my presentation?
    All we need is a copy of the original Powerpoint or PDF files, and to be able to join your meeting over the internet which we can arrange with you. Please also try to use a microphone rather than host the meeting over the phone as this gives us the ability to optimise the audio at a much higher quality.
  • How do we record your meeting?
    You will receive a remote meeting invitation via email, scheduled for an agreed date and time. Once we’re ready, you’ll see when we hand over the controls and make you the presenter – select “Show my screen” to enable us to see your screen, ready to start recording when you’re all set to go.
  • What if I make a mistake?
    No problem – we will edit out any errors, although we may need to re-record some parts.
